2. **Modular Assembly** :Robotic arms or tooling are used to fix the battery cells according to the design (e.g., 13 series 4 parallel), and electrical connections are achieved through laser welding. Laser welding features concentrated energy and minimal deformation, ensuring connection strength and reducing heat generation during use.

3. **BMS Integration and Packaging**: As the “brain” of the battery pack, the BMS needs to precisely interface with the battery cell assembly and monitor the operating status in real time. The packaging stage uses ultrasonic welding or sealing strip technology to ensure the battery pack meets the IPX7 waterproof standard, adapting to complex environments such as rain, snow, and dust.

4. **Full-Process Testing**: Finished products must pass insulation withstand voltage tests, airtightness tests, and simulated operating condition tests to ensure no leakage and no short-circuit risk before labeling and warehousing.
